Wednesday at 8 p.m., cost is $20, excellent workout and training! All levels, mixed levels, welcome. This session is ON, hopefully we'll get some signups today. Hofer's comment from the skate times page: "i would definitely come if i didnt have a game. this place is great guys, totally worth 20 bucks." |

Re: Just posted: Total Hockey West on 8/12 what the heck?!!? noone??? this place was awesome. small practice rinks where you can work on skating and shooting, the ramp where you can work on your acceleration, slide boards, a shooting range with radar guns, great coaches that you can get instruction from.... its a hockey playground.
