Why do I keep getting logged out of the site?
To protect you and your account, the system will time out users after 30 minutes of inactivity. The best method, of course, is to log out when you're done.

What internet browsers does the JMS website support?
The JMS website guarantees compatibility for only the following web browsers:
Most other browser will likely work (Chrome, Opera, older versions of Firefox, etc), however there may be significant compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 6 and 7. Using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 is not recommended and bugs for these browsers will not be fixed.
